THRESHOLDS: STAND WITH US

Join Treble Concert Choir & Youth Chorale as we share two wonderful and distinct programs. On Saturday, March 24 at 3 p.m., AYS Singers will perform music inspired by courageous steps across difficult thresholds: songs from South Africa, including works of Rollo Dilworth, Ysaye Barnwell, Takana Miyamoto.

On Sunday, March 25 at 7:30 p.m., witness the regional premiere of Tse Go La (At the Threshold of this Life), a work inspired by folk melodies of the ethnically Tibetan Mustangi people of Nepal and written by AYS Composer Next Door, Dr. Andrea Clearfield.

You won’t want to miss the composer chat & video by Dr. Andrea Clearfield about her research and documentation of these disappearing traditional folk melodies at both performances.

Tickets are $15 for adults, $12 seniors, and $10 students in advance. Tickets are $15/$20 at the door.
