Atkins Park is hosting its 4th Annual Whole Hog Pickin’ Fourth of July Celebration. Chef Andrew Smith will be roasting a whole Riverview Farms Berkshire pig, as well as offering smoked all natural chicken. Guests can order off the $15 “meat and three” menu that features sides like grilled corn, potato salad, braised pole beans, vine ripe tomato salad and much more. The menu also includes Texas toast, 3 house-made sauces and one dessert: Southern banana pudding or caramelized peach ice cream.
