The Highland Inn Ballroom Lounge hosts an evening of blue-collar stand-up comedy and variety performances. On Sat., Jan. 23, Kyle Gillis leads Business as Usual, a regular comedy showcase covering topics from “workplace horror stories” to “helpful PowerPoint presentations.” Gillis, with the sweet scents of candy factories and the harsh strings of guitar repair on his resume, presents a quirky take on the workplace. Together with co-host Dedrick Flynn, Business as Usual brings some practical humor to the evening. The show starts at 9 p.m. and features local talents Ian Aber and John Michael Bond.
