OurSong Concert: Requiem for the Living

OurSong, Atlanta’s Gay and Lesbian Chorus, is pleased to announce an encore performance of Dan Forrest’s “Requiem for the Living” on Saturday, February 27, 2016, at 7:30 pm in the First Baptist Church of Decatur. This remarkable five movement work gives a modern voice to the traditional requiem. In addition to OurSong, this concert will benefit four partner organizations: PFLAG, Lost-n-Found Youth, Living Room Atlanta, and Decatur First United Methodist Church. We are also recording this magnificent work at Spivey Hall. Pre-sales of the recording will be available the evening of the concert.
