The Summer Swan Invitational

In partnership with the Forward Arts Foundation, the Atlanta History Center’s Swan Coach House Gallery will host its sixth annual Summer Swan Invitational, featuring pottery and handmade objects from Southern makers. This event transforms the gallery into a shop, wherein guests can easily purchase items on display, such as collaged fabric art quilts, wall weavings, wire sculptures, and myriad sculptural works. Outside of the gallery, ceramic artist Rachel Garceau’s pieces (her slip-cast porcelain piece “Gateway” shown here) will be on display. Other featured artists include Rick and Jennie Berman, Keok Lim, Jorie Berman, and Alice Woodruff.
