Victory’s bringing together some it’s closest chef and bartender friends for its annual pig roast. Bacchanalia’s Joe Schaefer will man the pit while Kimball House, Ticonderoga Club, Biltong Bar, and Leon’s join forces to mix up tiki cocktails. Even Little Trouble’s crew will be in on the festivities.
