We activate our inner healing through free-form dance, music pulsing to the energy of the heart chakra, guided imagery, and a mandala art activity. The Awakening classes are designed for people of every age, size, and ability. Be prepared for some energetic shifts and moments of pure freedom! This is a drop-in class offered at Decatur Healing Arts.
