The Old Fourth Ward Business Association announced partnerships with the Atlanta Fire Foundation and the Imperial OPA Circus for the inaugural Fire in the 4th Festival taking place on Edgewood and Auburn Avenues in the historic Old Fourth Ward. For entertainment, the popular Imperial OPA Circus will be serving as the festival’s curator of street performances and fire-themed gallery.
