Despite a season-ending injury to forward DeLisha “D-Nasty†Milton-Jones, head coach Michael Cooper’s cancer treatment, and a bit of a losing streak, Atlanta managed to bring home a regular season Eastern Conference title for 2014. This year, they’ve got their eyes on the WNBA Finals prize. Cooper, a five-time NBA Champion as a player with the Los Angeles Lakers, will lead the Atlanta Dream against the Connecticut Sun for the home opener — and if the roster is any indication, a strong start.
