The hot buffet includes chicken breast with spring pea risotto and eggs Benedict, as well as various vegetables and sides. On the cold buffet, familiar items like cocktail shrimp and a seasonal fruit selection is offered alongside pimento cheese spread, pasta salad, and more. For the main event, visit the carving board for a slice of marinated flank steak or leg of lamb. Easter isn’t complete without the sweets, and the dessert table will be stocked with assorted truffles, miniature fudge cakes and seasonal fruit cobbler.
