Oh, and beer — at least a dozen selections, including a new Oatmeal Coffee Dubbel, 3T’s Night in Brussels IPA aged in red wine barrels and treated with Brettanomyces, and a dry-hopped Farmhouse Pale Ale collaboration with Terrapin and 8 Wired.
