Guests can begin their meal with a golden chanterelle ragout featuring diced vegetables and lemon mushroom broth, followed by surf and turf featuring braised boneless short ribs paired with butter poached lobster tail and served with Yukon gold truffle whipped potatoes and California winter root vegetables.
