AIX invites guests to join them on Wednesday, March 11 for an exciting evening featuring a four-course tasting menu paired with select wines from Château de Beaucastel and Famille Perrin. Beginning at 6 p.m., guests are invited to kick off the evening with bubbles and oysters, followed by the dinner’s start at 6:30 p.m. Tickets for the specialty tasting dinner are available for $95 per person, tax and gratuity not included.
