Jeremy Katz will speak on the Jews of the American South and how families, culture, and life succeeded, particularly in Georgia and Atlanta.
Jeremy Katz, Archives Director, holds a B.A. degree in History from The Ohio State University and a M.A. degree in Archival Science from Wright State University. Mr. Katz’s involvement in the archives field includes work at Wright State University Special Collections and Archives and most recently the American Jewish Archives. Mr. Katz joined the archives staff at the Breman Museum in March of 2013, where he has been working to grow, preserve, and increase access to the Cuba Family Archives for Southern Jewish History.
