On Saturday, October 31st, CHIRINGA and Unexpected Pooch join forces to host the “ulitmutt” Howl-O-Ween Dog Costume Contest from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. Revelers and their furry, four-legged friends and invited to let their imagination run wild and dress up their pup for a chance to win a $50 CHIRINGA gift card, a flamingo themed dog bed and tasty dog treats.
