Johann Sebastian Bach once said that Handel was the only person he'd want to be, were he not already Bach. These two titans of the Baroque never met, but Bach loved the music of his fellow German Handel and the brilliant Italian Vivaldi. He went so far as to transcribe Vivaldi Concertos for organ.
