The Emory Chamber Music Society of Atlanta partners with First Presbyterian Church of Atlanta for our first “Bach’s Lunch” concert of the new year on Friday, Jan. 12 at noon, at the Church (next to the High Museum) in a program titled “Handel With Care” featuring music of and inspired by G. F. Handel. Brilliant pianist Michael Gurt is featured in the great Brahms Handel Variations and members of the Vega Quartet play a Sonata and Duo of the Master.
Free, no tickets or registration required, with free parking across the street at the 1337 Peachtree St., Lanier deck.
