Eddie 9V, Virginia Highland Summerfest 2025: The full list of performers for this annual neighborhood event wasn’t available at press time, but Eddie 9V is one of the first acts announced. The Southern blues rocking guitarist has shifted to a more soulful Al Green-styled approach on his recent Saratoga album. It works since Eddie has a strong voice and his new original songs fit into the 60s Stax/Hi label output as if they are covers. He has been touring around the country, spreading his Atlanta vibes; let’s welcome him back. — Hal Horowitz
