This year's theme is Natural Gifts - honoring the contributions of enslaved Africans and Black Americans pre-civil war to the present.

The topics will include but are not limited to:

Language
Architecture
Medicine/Healing
Agricultural knowledge and techniques
Religious/Spiritual Practices
Arts

You will also enjoy an African drum ceremony to open the show and a light reception to end!

Parking: They have a full parking lot located in the left rear of the building on Lucile Ave (one way street).

If riding in one large group vehicle (bus/Van),drop in front of the Museum and then park in parking lot.

Patrons with disabilities needing assistance going up stairs should park in the lot to use the tiered stairs or if a wheelchair lift is needed, they have an elevator lift. Please call 404-612-0481 to let them know ahead of time and to get directions to the lift.
