O by Brush returns with another Tuna Cutting & Tasting on Wednesday, August 27 at 6:00 p.m. Guests will have a firsthand look at the masterful process of preparing a whole bluefin tuna, led by James Beard-nominated, Michelin-starred Chef Jason Liang and his team. Throughout the night, guests will learn about and experience the flavor of Japan's most sought-after fish through eight inventive courses, like Tuna Spinal Jelly Shots and Tuna Miso Soup. Whether treating yourself to an unforgettable culinary adventure or celebrating a special occasion, you can elevate the evening with sake, wine, or nonalcoholic pairings.
