Fox Bros. Bar-B-Q is bringing back its beloved Hatch Chile Fest on Saturday, August 23, 2025, at Wild Heaven Beer and Fox Bros. Bar-B-Q at Toco Hill. This annual block party features Hatch Chile-inspired dishes, a limited-edition chile beer, live music, and more — all to raise funds for Georgia families facing pediatric brain cancer through Hogs for the Cause.

Enjoy dishes like a New Mexico-Style Smash Cheeseburger, Hatch Chile Corn Dog, and Apple Hatch Chile Spice Cake, plus three bars and live entertainment.
