In honor of Hispanic Heritage Month, Brasserie Margot will host a one-night-only Four Hands Collaboration Dinner: Paris Meets Lima on Saturday, September 20, 2025, beginning at 7 p.m. The evening unites two of Atlanta’s most buzzed-about chefs for a celebratory night of storytelling through food: Jon Novak, acclaimed Executive Chef of Brasserie Margot, and Arnaldo Castillo, the James Beard Award–nominated chef behind Tio Lucho’s. Together, they will create a five course tasting menu that begins with an amuse-bouche and unfolds into a dialogue between French technique and Peruvian spirit. Guests can expect inventive plates and layered flavors that honor Hispanic Heritage Month through creativity, collaboration, and community. The Four Hands Paris Meets Lima dinner is $78+ per person, with limited seating available.
