50th Atlanta Film Festival: "¡Quba!"

¡Quba! is a documentary feature film which chronicles the LGBTQ human rights struggle in Cuba. The film stars Ramon Silverio and Adela Hernandez, both activists, leaders, and artists whose work resulted in marriage equality for the LGBTQ community in 2022. As we witness these activists navigate the opposition of the evangelical church, we see the beauty of their spirit and their humanity as they move us with their stories, music, and dances.
