Welcome animation’s best to Atlanta at SCAD AnimationFest 2026. SCAD's signature event for all things digital media, SCAD AnimationFest returns to SCAD Atlanta’s SCADshow theater this September to showcase the latest trends, groundbreaking work, and top animated content across film, television, social media, and more. Join industry guests at this three-day festival and learn new applications and techniques in entertainment, make contacts with global studios and companies, and view films and TV shows from studios and networks like Netflix, Disney, CBS, FX, Fox, and Hulu as well as from standout SCAD student animators.

Previous SCAD AnimationFest guests have included Phineas and Ferb creators Dan Povenmire and Jeff “Swampy” Marsh, KPop Demon Hunters director Chris Appelhans, The Mighty Nein executive producer Tasha Huo, Adventure Time showrunner Adam Muto, and animation legend Genndy Tartakovsky.
