Tio Lucho's is bringing one of Peru's biggest celebrations to Atlanta with four days of fresh ceviche, pisco cocktails, seasonal specials and the return of the fan-favorite Plancha Platter in honor of Peruvian Independence Day. From Saturday, July 25 through Tuesday, July 28, James Beard Award semifinalist Chef Arnaldo Castillo invites guests to celebrate the holiday at Atlanta's first Peruvian-American restaurant, where every dish reflects the flavors, traditions and hospitality that have shaped Peru's culinary identity. Throughout the weekend, the celebration will feature fresh ceviche on the patio, seasonal specials, festive cocktails and a dining room dressed in the colors of the Peruvian flag with red and white décor and carnations. Back by popular demand, the Plancha Platter returns after becoming one of last year's most requested specials.
