Robin Trower, Center Stage - The 82-year-old rock guitarist has dozens of albums in his catalog, but it's the '70s Bridge of Sighs-era ones that sell tickets. Nonetheless, his more recent releases, including Come and Find Me (2025), exude the same fluid, bluesy, Hendrix-drenched reverb-heavy sound that has been his mainstay since he first gravitated to it after leaving Procol Harum over a half a century century ago. He's not chatty or personable, preferring to let his fingers do the talking in sets that balance recent, old, and obscure material, keeping established followers and newer fans satiated in a psychedelic haze of mercury-styled flowing notes. It's a timeless, instantly identifiable approach, and with his advanced years, there's no guarantee he'll be touring much longer. - Hal Horowitz
