From the venue:
Mickey & Richard is an intimate portrait of gay model Mickey Squires, told in his own words. After a lifetime spent performing on camera, one of queer pornography’s most iconic figures reflects on his search for self-acceptance and meaningful human connection. Filmed on 16mm and constructed from decades of erotic archival material, the documentary explores the complexities of life in the adult entertainment industry, the struggle to measure up to our carefully curated selves and the realities of queer aging.
