EmpowerMom: A Shower Celebrating Mothers

From the venue:

EmpowerMOM is not your typical baby shower. There are no games, no pressure to perform joy, and no focus on everyone except the mother. EmpowerMOM is a maternal wellness experience designed to center you—your body, your recovery, your mental health, and your life after birth.

EmpowerMOM gatherings create intentional spaces for mothers, families, and birthworkers to come together for education, connection, and support.

Mothers are connected to trusted birth and postpartum professionals in one space. This team-based approach brings birthworkers and families together to build real relationships and support systems that extend beyond the event.
