It’s made with our locally-famous seasoned 1/2lb tri-blend (brisket, short rib and chuck) patty, THE JAM (blended bourbon bacon, maple syrup, sweet onions, tomatoes, special seasoning), Gruyere cheese, caramelized onions, lemon vinaigrette-spritzed arugula, brioche bun.
