2 oz. Jim Beam Pineapple Bourbon, .5 oz sweet vermouth, .25 oz pineapple juice, 3 dashes cherry bark vanilla bitters, .5 oz. lemon juice, .75 oz. caramel, drizzled with luxardo maraschino liqueur, garnished with a cherry and pineapple leaf.

The Harball pairs deliciously with Bar Caravan at Hotel Clermont's Grilled Pork Chop with sweet potato miso purée, apple cabbage slaw, roasted tomato, and bread crumb.
