2 oz Maker's Mark 46 French Oaked Bourbon Whisky, 1 oz lemon juice, .5 oz agave, .75 oz passionfruit puřee, 1 egg white, garnished with lemon, orange and lime zests.

Food pairing:
The "Whisky Passion Fizz" cocktail pairs deliciously with Chico Cantina's Halibut Ceviche (chopped fresh fish, spicy citrus broth, avocado & plantain chips), Oysters and/or Salmon Tacos.
