Costello recorded and toured with Grammy-nominated Susan Tedeschi in 1998, but by year’s end was back in Atlanta, musically adrift. Now 21, he has rebounded mightily. His second CD, Cuttin’ In, released in February, has earned airplay in the U.K. and Holland. He’s touring nationally, playing festivals and such top blues clubs as Buddy Guy’s Legends in Chicago and Black Diamond in Memphis.
