He settled on an extra-large, skinless variety of a Sabrett wiener, the filet mignon of Manhattan street vendors, and eventually decided broiling made them taste best. Care and quality permeates Frank's shop: a flavorful beanless chili, fresh condiments and shaded tables. All for $2.34.
