Housed in an elegant turn-of-the-century-before-last Victorian, Andy and Jennifer Badget’s restaurant in historic downtown Roswell, ASHER, has become known in foodie circles as the Bacchanalia of the ‘Burbs. As with its intown counterpart, the prix-fixe menu is dictated by the seasons, though with a more avant-garde approach. Recent menu items include crab ravioli in a cauliflower-lemon milk, and rose parfait glace with pink peppercorn nougatine.
