One fan calls it “the coolest place to play tennis intown.” More courts than any other city tennis center — 13 clay and 10 hard. “And besides that, the sense of history is everywhere from the photos of tennis champion Bitsy Grant to the wall that honors former players who called the place their second home.” Fees are relatively low, because it’s city-run, and you can get an annual pass for as little as $125. Regular clinics and a full schedule of ALTA and USTA matches.
