Osteria Mattone is an Italian restaurant in downtown Roswell from the minds behind Table & Main. The menu features regional Italian fare influenced by travels to Rome, New York, and Naples, comprising pastas with ingredients such as oxtail, pecorino, and pancetta, as well as “traditional Roman dishes” such as antipasti with Italian speck and prosciutto, or fried risotto with tomato and mozzarella. A substantial wine list by sommelier Daniel Pernice rounds out Osteria’s offerings with a collection of mostly Italian varietals.
