If Persian cuisine is unfamiliar to you, this cool and comfortable Sandy Springs restaurant provides a friendly introduction. Some flavors, like the sauteed eggplant appetizer, may be too rich for some palates, but the musto-khiar cucumber-yogurt dip is cool and refreshing, and the kebabs will mostly satisfy one's cravings for grilled beef, chicken, shrimp and particularly lamb.
