It can be hard to find a cookie that lives up to the nostalgic memories of the ones popped fresh out of dear ol’ Mom’s oven. Luckily for us, the Cookie Studio has set up shop in the heart of Decatur and is churning out extra-large spheres of yummy baked goodness. With one taste of the “breakfast cookie” — made with granola, oatmeal, coconut, cranberry and pecans — we thought we had died and woken up in cookie heaven. So the next time you can’t seem to fight the sweet-tooth urge, head over to this philanthropic (a portion of sales go to the Atlanta Day Shelter for Women and Children) shop and stock up on the next best thing to Mama’s own.
