Located across the street from the Fox Theatre, the beautifully restored Beaux Arts hotel at the corner of Peachtree Street and Ponce de Leon Avenue was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1986 and has undergone a couple major renovations since then. The 19-story-high rooftop view is one of the best in the city and comes with a pool to dip your feet in. The hotel is also home to the restaurant Livingston, bar Proof & Provision, and Café Mims.
