Bludso's BBQ

This is the second location of a barbecue restaurant in Compton, California. Based on Kevin Bludso's family recipes, this 'cue has gotten rave reviews out west. They offer ribs, brisket, smoked chicken, and three types of barbecue sausage at their Castleberry Hill location.
