Doug Hines and Mei Lin's Midtown concept focuses on international tapas and small plates served in a casual, midcentury atmosphere. The Consulate features "resident" dishes and craft cocktails that are always on the menu and "visa" options that change every three months or so and highlight a different country's cuisine.
