Haiku

Haiku:

The cocktail is called “Haiku” and it is available at The Consulate Atlanta. Haiku, the cocktail, is made with Haku Vodka, Permission liquor, Lychee liquor, a lemon rim and a tajin rim.

The cocktail pairs wonderfully with The Consulate Atlanta’s Papua New Guinea dish, Kaukau (Sweet potato mashed with ginger, garlic, coconut milk, orange juice and smoked paprika) and house-made taro chips. Enjoy both for $25 during ATL COCKTAIL WEEK, just ask for the Haiku Special!
