The A List: 10 shows to hit up this weekend (July 15-17)
Ten shows this weekend that are not to be missed, including Steve Gunn, Twin Studies, and more.
What’s going on this weekend? Schoolboy Q, of course, is performing at the Masquerade tonight (Fri., July 15) — though that show’s sold out now. As is XXYYXX at Terminal West. If you need some other options, peruse the list below. Saturday night seems like the night to beat: Local favorites Twin Studies headline a kick-ass shoegaze bill at 529, Athens indie-rockers Dead Neighbors make their first appearance in Atlanta at the Mammal Gallery, and the EARL hosts a mostly-local grind/powerviolence bill (Manhunt from Australia also plays).
