Typically the news of a beloved band reunion comes with an intense fear that any new music will poison a precious legacy (looking at you, Frank Black). Sleater-Kinney proves otherwise. The ’90s feminist punk icons exploded back into relevance in January with the release of No Cities To Love, the group’s first album in a decade. Many critics have hailed Sleater-Kinney’s latest as the hallmark of its career, no small feat considering how the riot grrrl heroes have already left an indelible mark on the tome of independent rock.

Before the show, Sleater-Kinney will make an in-store appearance at Criminal Records in L5P to sign autographs at 3 p.m.
