In case you haven't seen Deerhunter live since the release of the excellent Halcyon Digest, here's a taste of what you've been missing. The group recently dropped by Spinner to perform for that site's "Interface". What emerged was a damn fine set that included Halcyon hits "Desire Lines," "Fountain Stairs" and "Memory Boy," and the above clincher: the brilliant "Helicopter" segued into the equally mesmerizing "He Would Have Laughed." It's 17 minutes long, so grab a beer (it's Friday!) and enjoy.
