Gucci-Jeezy Beef Rekindled?

AJC reporting on altercation between crews affiliated with Gucci Mane and Young Jeezy

Apparently the shots fired yesterday afternoon at Walter's Clothing in downtown Atlanta have been attributed to an altercation between crews affiliated with Gucci Mane and Young Jeezy, respectively, the AJC reports:

"There was a physical altercation inside the location between several men," Atlanta police spokesman James Polite confirmed to the AJC. One of the men produced a weapon "and as a result a private armed security guard of a local entertainer discharged his weapon."

The the security guard of the "local entertainer" - spitter Waka Flocka Flame, a Gucci affiliate - has been detained by the police.  His shot hit no one.

It's no secret that Gucci and Jeezy have had beef - Gucci shot and killed one of Jeezy's associates in 2005, ostensibly in self defense.  But the rappers supposedly reconciled their differences on DJ Drama's Gangsta Grillz radio show last December.  Shortly thereafter, Drama, who has worked with Gucci and Jeezy individually, expressed interest in collaborating with both rappers at the same time.  We'll see if that happens now.
