Evidently, the notoriously hot-tempered Spector insulted a burly inmate who reconfigured Spector’s grill
Legendary music producer, convicted murderer and weird hairdo guy Phil Spector has had several teeth knocked out after a jailhouse spat. Evidently, the notoriously hot-tempered Spector (who was known for brandishing firearms at those he disagreed with even before being convicted for the shooting of actress Lana Clarkson in 2003) insulted a burly inmate who reconfigured Spector’s face with his fist.
Spector, 70, had other (legitimate) dental work done outside of prison in December.
