Chef Jamie Mammano of Boston's Mistral restaurants joins Park 75 chef Brooke Vosika for a Mediterranean Food Festival. In the tradition of the Brazilian churrascaria, a restaurant specializing in meats, comes Fogo de Chao, a genuine steakhouse from Rio Grande do Sul in Southern Brazil. This chain opens its first Atlanta location in February featuring a prix fixe menu of unlimited portions of seasoned and slow-roasted meats cooked and served by "gauchos."
