Talk of the Town - The Guillotine June 12 2003

...when all else fails

Despite the laws that have been passed to make Atlanta a more pedestrian-friendly city, it still seems that on a weekly basis that I, on my way to work, manage to get flicked off or cussed out for upholding my rights and crossing the street. I would really like to see this cracked down on a little more. I know that it has happened in the Highlands, but in East Atlanta, specifically, I can tell that this is still an issue that needs to be resolved.
