· Atlanta Wine School will begin its six-week “Introduction to Wine” classes on two nights in January: Mondays, beginning Jan. 9, and Wednesdays, beginning Jan. 18. The classes teach students the basics of tasting wine and learning to identify your preferences. Students sample approximately 10 wines per class. · City Grill will host a tasting of wines from the Bordeaux region of France Wed., Jan. 18, beginning at 6:30 p.m. The event costs $19 per person and includes tapas. To make a night of it, the Bordeaux wines will also be paired with dishes on the chef’s tasting menu.
